Dentist:  Dr. Stephanie McGann has been practicing family dentistry for over 30 years. She brings experience and a love a dentistry to Rainbow Valley Dental.   She is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. Her undergraduate degree was a BS in biology and computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She has been awarded a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. Fellow in the International College of Dentists and A Fellow in the Pierre Fuchard Academy. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and serves on the Board of Governors for the Dental Society of Chester and Delaware Counties. As a mother of 4 she understands the needs of today’s busy families.  She still makes time to volunteer in the community.

Dr. McGann is a student of Songahm TaeKwonDo. She is a second degree Black belt and continues to train and compete. At the 2023 world championships Dr. McGann earned her first World Championship.

MAGD stands for Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Earning Fellowship takes dedication to dental continuing education (CE) beyond graduation. Only about 2% percent of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada are AGD Masters. When you see a dentist with MAGD after their name, you can rest assured that they care about knowing the latest techniques and best practices in dentistry. AGD Masters practice these techniques in a classroom setting multiple times a year — not every dentist does this.

To become an AGD Master, a dentist must:
Complete over 1100 credit hours of CE.
Earn 400 of those 1100 credits in live courses.
Pass the fellowship exam equal in difficulty to board certification exams, and earn the fellowship prior to beginning a mastership program.
